A Philadelphia-area buyout firm is teaming with a much larger one to buy the parent of Berry Plastics Corp. for $2.25 billion.
Graham Partners of Newtown Square, Pa., which has $850 million under management, and Apollo Management LP, whose latest fund is $12 billion, agreed to buy BPC Holding Corp. from Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and JPMorgan Partners.
