We are pleased to present our new pouch-making machine type RITEBAG KS, dedicated to the production of three-side-seal and vacuum pouches.
The RITEBAG KS can manufacture pouches starting from a single reel (one web), slitted in-line in two with a K folding board, or starting from two different reels (two webs).
It is also possible to deliver the machine with our patented synchronisation solution for making three-side-seal pouches from two different printed webs, allowing our customers not to invest in wide printing machines.
The machine is fully servomotor-controlled and equipped with the latest technology available on the market.
Flexibility, reliability, speed and fast set-up time are the main characteristics of this innovative machine.
The RITEBAG KS is today available in 900mm and 1,200mm machine width.
