Packaging Automation has announced the launch of a new packaging machine targeted at laboratories involved with packaging samples for clinical trials
The range of medical products that can be packaged included implants, diagnostics kits, wound dressings and procedure kits. The company, which successfully exhibited at the Medtec 2007 exhibition in Birmingham, UK, is quickly establishing itself in a new arena following a decision to transfer the expertise gained from supplying equipment for the highly demanding food industry to the medical device sector.
