Unilever South Africa Food’s two-year Project Astro, aimed at relaunching the packaging of its well-known food-seasoning brand, Knorr Aromat, has met withsuccess.
The KZN-based project has demonstrated the capacity of local companies and their ability to work cooperatively in order todeliver unique solutions to Unilever, the company reports.
Since 1999, Knorr Aromat has experienced an average decline in sales owing to competitive copycat products, with similar names and designs, entering the lucrativeR130-million food-seasoningmarket.
